Whobilation Update!

Wow!  Your Christmas spirit is showing!  We have had an amazing response to this event and our Holiday Whobilation is at capacity!  For those of you who have not turned in your reservation form yet, we will be taking names for a waiting list.  Please be sure to completely fill out the form with names, phone numbers, and dietary restrictions.  If anyone who has turned in a reservation form has any cancellations, please contact Brandy at 336-414-0911 or brandygh2o@gmail.com ASAP!

Business donations are due by November 17th if at all possible! 

There are still many businesses available on the Sign-up Genius that need to be contacted.  The Grinch would appreciate your help in following up with these businesses that have given to us before.  Scroll down for the procedures for getting and recording the donations.

All SWC members are asked to generously donate two items for the Silent Auction.  Your donation may be a combination of items and/or baked goods for the Whoville Bakery.  Details for the November 30th drop off to follow.  No time to shop or bake? Monetary donations are gladly accepted and may be given to Patti Morgan or Donna Church.  If you choose to give a monetary donation, please do so as soon as possible so our shoppers can get busy shopping!  You know how those Whos love to shop!

Reservations are on a first come, first seated basis.  There is room in Whoville for only 220 celebrants, so make plans now to turn in your reservation form with full payment starting at our October 27th General Meeting.  Invitation and reservation form links can be found below.
